Collective Transports
Collective transports, also called additional loads, are worthwhile for the dispatch of individual freight items. We transport freight items up to max. 100 Kg. We do not carry transports of vehicles, machines, motorcycles.
Payment
We attach great importance to trust. Therefore you pay for the cost of transport on delivery
in cash to the driver or on request by bank transfer.
Packaging
We offer packaging on special request. Usually you can ship furniture unprotected with us. We always have blankets on board. If you also require a special plastic or cardboard packaging, this is subject to a surcharge
Procedure
After you have commissioned us in writing (by email), you will receive a transport contract. After confirming, we plan to take you on the tour. Approximately 5-7 days before
collection / delivery we give you the appointment with a 2 hour window. (Austria and Netherlands 3-5 hour window.
A telephone notification in advance is possible within Germany on request.
Courier
Sometimes it has to be fast. For group transports the waiting time lasts approx. 0-30 days after commissioning. Courier trips are single trips and therefore without waiting time. For further information please contact us.
